Great stay. Had a few issues with sound. Volume monitoring system is placed right in the living room where my entire group spent most of our time together (larger group-11) which we kept getting notifications of high noise but it was not detectable by any surround neighbors or from outside on the property.

Our group had a wonderful time at Kasa! The house was clean, had an open concept, and perfect for our group of 10. The staff were very friendly and communicated frequently. They let us check in early (a big plus) and were helpful during our stay. The pool was nice (ask for the heat to be turned on) and the backyard was nice and sunny. Also, no issues with the noise detectors (saw some recent complaints in the reviews so had to comment). The location could not have been better - centrally located to the beach and other events. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend this house to any group wanting to explore Fort Lauderdale.
