Kasa Frisco was PERFECT! The check in instructions were so detailed and easy. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean. We would definitely recommend! We will be back next time we’re in town. Thank you for a great stay!

Staying at the Kasa residence was nice. He was very nice and responsive hospitality. You can tell he was a super host for sure; example parking lot signs with name and guess passes and virtual portal customer service desk.

The property suited our needs for the trip. There was a minor housekeeping issue they remedied in reasonable time. There was another issue that couldn't be address due to communication not being specific on their end. The text communication was quick but not always accurate. I was notified after booking was already confirmed that there was construction on premises and please excuse some "dust" but the maintenance being done was unfortunately disruptive to each morning & two nights of major noise. I would return to this establishment, the pools were very nice & it definitely had the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for our visit it was 5 minute walking distance to Rider Field.
